Nursery, selecting and buying fruit trees

Before planting day we went to the local nursery. The criteria: robust trees, good root systems, adapted to the Nordeste climate. We chose Tommy mangoes, avocados, mangosteens, citrus and extra cacao plants. All loaded into the jeep — the largest trees traveled with roots and branches poking out the sides.
